Bradford Degeneration Correct but not Politically Correct

Gee whiz idea to sell all Council owned buildings to developers and lease them back at vastly inflated rents. Senior council officer in control apparently being investigated for corruption (went
conveniently on sick day before suspension). Whole idea now a dead duck. A very, very, very, expensive ratepayers money dead duck.
