Aka the Loony Left Carnival. Apart from the kids’ parade it’s the same old fire eaters, stiltwalkers, rotten ‘world music’ bands and ‘multicultural celebrations.’ Usually everybody’s culture but yours. Sometimes ends up as a riot (q.v.).

then again can spray on tans, engerland flags, incontinent pitbulls and lager be validly described as a culture?
