Bradford Degeneration Correct but not Politically Correct

No matter how much money is thrown at it, no matter how many expensive study groups, focus
groups, investigations and abject hand-wringing - Bradford’s educational standards and its schools
keep on getting worse. They briefly (joy!, joy!, joy! - oh the headlines!) go up a percentage point,
only to inevitably go back to where they started - or even lower. Conclusion - this is the thicko
