Just when I thought the supply of nutty clothing had dried up I spotted this one - note the natty combination of umbrella and flip-flops. Actually I think wearing minimal clothing in torrential summer rain is quite sensible - less to dry off.
Oh and for those in Bradford who like to snear at those who wear a veil they should read this and stop it.
