Bradford Degeneration Correct but not Politically Correct

Now that the Park at the Heart is no more new efforts are been made to attract people to the city centre (also known as the Rubble Zone) with wacky Digger Racing. It appears this is going to be televised since a Cherry Picker has been set up as a camera platform facing down the cathedral straight.

I would warn you not to get your hopes up that they might actually do some work on site rather than simply racing diggers - all they appeared to be doing was cleaning up some of the rubbish the Bishop of Bradford had the temerity to complain about.
