It seems the twit Philip Davies can't open his mouth without both feet leaping in at once. Dear old fop Cameroon is proposing that 30% of his cabinet should be persons of the other gender to which the pimply adolescent squeaked:

it was 'completely unacceptable', adding: 'If you believe in true equality, which I do, then it should be irrelevant what somebody's gender should be. People who are good enough for the job will be accused of getting it on false premises and people who aren't will be exposed as not being up to the job.'

What he really means is "oh bugger now I'll never get a job".
