Such is the state of Bradford that even the ducks are walking round with nowhere to stay. Presumably they had made their home at the Broadway Lake which has now been filled in. Alas the wonderful new mirror pool is not yet available to accommodate the displaced ducks.
You will also note the litter from the NewSlums™ of Broadgate House and Stonegate House.

How does one become a real
How does one become a real person here? I hate being a pink blob! If I have to be a blob I want to be red or green!

Resourceful ducks
Is (was) there only one lake in Bradford? If so I feel as sorry for the Bradfordites as I do for the ducks. I'm sure these resourceful ducks, both males on the prowl, will figure something out. The rubbish is another story.

The lake:
The "lake" was actually a hole full of water on the abandoned city centre building site. Work has now resumed but this unfortunately means that the modern sculpture Nessie has gone too.
The drakes could of course be gay and not on the prowl at all.
