Bradford Degeneration Correct but not Politically Correct

This is a bit of an unexpected bonus since I was only after the dumb blonde PCSO but if you look at the chappie in front you will notice a rather absurd man-bag.

Actually she looks a bit scruffy - I would have hoped for better standards of dress from a public servant than that. Maybe though it's just that they are allowing folks with one shoulder lower than the other in as part of their effort in employing those with disabilities.

Mind you the chappie on the left of the photo seems to have adopted the gait of a lower primate - don't they tell these goons about the importance of standing up straight and squaring their shoulders? No wonder people treat them like insignificant plebs.

You will also note that the proper police seem to have reverted to the traditional helmet presumably to distinguish themselves from the PCSO lower form of life.
